- Blend all ingredients except for chia seeds in blender, and pour into glass, airtight container.
- Stir in 1/2 cup of chia seeds, cover, and place in refrigerator overnight.
- Enjoy chia seed pudding as is or as a parfait with a layer of cashew milk yogurt and topped with fresh berries and shredded coconut!
