- Cook pasta according to instructions. Roast broccoli with drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and salt and pepper to taste at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes, or until slightly golden brown. Add small serving of cooked chickpea noodles, handful of roasted broccoli, drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, and everything but the bagel seasoning to bring these ingredients together for a balanced meal.
